How to add a custom logo to your airSlate SignNow eSignature requests
By setting up custom branding, you ensure that your logo appears front and center in your eSignature invites, notification emails, and even the airSlate SignNow editor. This is a great way to promote your brand and strengthen your image as a professional organization. Follow the steps below to set up your branding in airSlate SignNow.
Go to your account settings
Log in to your airSlate SignNow account as an Admin of your Organization. To open your account settings, click on your profile image (a silhouette icon by default) and select My Account.
In the account menu, go to My Organizations and click the Go to Admin Panel button. If you don’t yet have an organization in airSlate SignNow, create one by clicking Create Organization.
Upload your logo
In your admin panel, go to the General Info tab and click Add Logo.
Click the Upload Image button and select the logo stored on your device.
- Please note that your image must be in JPG, GIF, PNG, or JPEG formats and must not exceed 2 MB.
- We recommend setting the image ratio to 416x80 so that your logo displays correctly on eSignature invites, as well as on your airSlate SignNow dashboard and in the editor.
Preview and apply your logo
Once your logo is uploaded, a preview window appears where you can see how your logo looks when applied to your emails, signature invites, dashboard, and editor. To continue, click Apply.
Your custom logo has now been added and will appear in your eSignature invites and notification emails.
Please note:
- It may take a few hours for your logo to become active. Our Support Team will check your image to make sure it is a) of good quality; b) does not violate any copyright or other commercial regulations.
- Customized branding is an enterprise-level feature. So, if you choose a new logo for an account registered under the email paul@your_email.com, all other airSlate SignNow accounts registered under the same domain name (@your_email) will automatically use the same logo.

- Send the document for signing. Select the Invite to Sign function and insert the recipient's email in a pop-up window.
- Download the sample. Click Save and Close, and, on your Homepage, find the needed doc, click More > Download.
