SUTEC S.A. manufactures and markets Traffic Controller SUTEC STC. This controller maintains all the capacities of its predecessors, with which it is totally compatible and adds new features and innovations that provide great power and flexibility.

The modularity of the SUTEC STC permits it to support a large number of applications. For example, it can manage from 2 to 16 freely configurable exit lamps for vehicles, pedestrians or turns. In addition, it offers the possibility of receiving signals from pedestrian calls and vehicle count to be used in programming functions.

Thanks to these features, the SUTEC STC can adapt itself to different systems and configurations, such as being linked to synchronous networks, where it serves as both master or slave. For every synchronous system there is an operating system. It can also be connected to a Central Traffic Control.

The power of communication has also been significantly increased by means of the use of processors dedicated to this end, making possible the realization of tasks in real time, which is essential for the operation of adaptive traffic systems.

In the midst of the news about SUTEC STC are the incorporations of the GPS, GSM and RF Modems systems for certain applications where the transmission of information constitutes a critical parameter.
The SUTEC STC is generally supplied with a polyester cabinet reinforced with fiberglass to be placed on a pedestal, but it is also possible to add a polyester base. However, the traffic controller can also be delivered without a cabinet. If it is necessary to use another type of cabinet, for example a metal cabinet with epoxy paint or a stainless steel cabinet, a special request must be made.

The parameterization, administration of information, test and diagnostic functions of the traffic controller can be configurated thanks to the COMCLS/Win software package from a PC or Pocket PC that is simple and oriented to the user. The supervision phase of the safety of the equipment is carried out by means of an electronic plate, which is connected with the COMCLS software terminal for test performances.
